Instructions
  1. Blend mango, strawberry, agave syrup, water, lemon juice, salt, and vodka.
  2. Slowly add to the ice cream bowl and churn for 30 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours.
Recipe Notes

Vodka helps to soften the sorbet when scooping the finished ice cream, but you can skip it for a kid-friendly option. If you do not add vodka, take the container out of the freezer for about 15 minutes before serving to make it easier to scoop.
