Congregation Ale House in Downtown Long Beach is the original location (there are three locations now) that opened in 2010 with a church-like theme complete with stained glass decor and a slew of beers that will literally make you proclaim, hallelujah!
They even call Happy Hour “Mass” and now they brew their own beer called Congregation Ales. Amen.
Along with their great selection of beers, they offer tasty bar food that includes housemade potato chips, burgers and pizzas.
Parking is available a block north in the parking structure along East 3rd Street. It is free for up to 2 hours.
“2 Charlies mean a moderate dog-friendly area.”
